Question / Help Audio Interface Only Recording My Side

I cannot record both sides of my Google Hangout using my Audio Interface if I'm listening to myself in real time. I can hear myself through my mic and I can hear the other people on G-Hangouts but it only records me.

My setup:

PC with Win 7
Google Hangout through Chrome internet browser
Audio Interface: Zoom R24
Mic: Blue Yeti Pro
The mic runs into the audio interface on channels one and two.
The interface is hooked into the computer via a USB. My headphones are hooked into my interface.
G-Hangouts is set to Zoom R24 for mic and speakers.
Desktop Audio Device is set to Zoom R24 and Microphone/Auxiliary Audio Device is set to Zoom R24.

[MIC]---XLR---[INTERFACE](Headphone)---USB---[PC]

When I do the same setup through Skype, using iFree Skype Recorder it works fine. It records everything on both sides. The problem seems to lie in OBS or at least in my OBS settings.

Okay, so just to clarify, when you record with OBS, it only records your voice, and not your speakers? Might be a dumb question, but I'm genuinely confused about your setup.
