Audio inputs stopped working OBS 31.0.1

Went to stream today, all 3rd party APPS are up to date and did the windows update (February 11, 2025—KB5051987 (OS Build 26100.3194)) did some test recording prior and everything was working but as I went live the mic input stopped working.

The control panel for M-GAME RGB Dual shows activity and the routing is correct, even my Shure MV7+ or the C925 webcam won't work as an mic input. Windows audio shows them active and the security setting haven't changed to allow APPs to access this mic.
Anyone else having this issue?

I've experienced an issue with my USB headphones on a few Windows updates and I suspect the update is changing the USB mapping. The audio source will stop working for everything and I have to go into each source (And I mean EACH one) and toggle from "monitor and output" to something else and then back again. That normally does the trick. Occasionally I've had to go into the settings and juggle the audio device (my headphones) and then restart OBS for it to work right again.

I'd love somebody smarter than me to confirm what it is we're experiencing.
