Using OBS for streaming church services. We use primarily a Dante USB input and have an analog USB input as a backup.
Every once in a while, the PC receives an update (managed by an IT group). OBS will hiccup, and the audio inputs will flip to Default. Even though the Windows default input is Dante, there will be no audio. We must reset the inputs to their respective devices. If we set the input in OBS to Default to begin with, it will work. But when this hiccup happens, while the input remains as Default, there will be no audio.
We can't seem to figure out what is tripping this. In a most recent case, OBS wasn't used for a couple days, and the system update happened during that downtime. But last night during a stream, we realized there was no audio.
