Question / Help AUDIO INPUT CAPTURE OBS ISSUE - NO ANSWERS - NO SOLUTIONS MAC and PC SETUP

Hello Everyone,

I am having a huge issue routing audio into streamlabs. Im hoping im just tired, or worn out from his exhaustive process.
How does OBS or STREAMLABS not have techs that can remotely work with users? Lame. Especially when their product is so buggy.



Hers is my setup.


1.) MAC 2014 LAPTOP - HIGH SIERRA. - Rekordbox/Pioneer DDJ1000. ** Currently connected female xlr to male xlr MASTER OUT to MASTER IN**
Additional output avail: 1/4" and RCA's
2.) Audio Soundcard Komplete 6 - ** Currently connected from MASTER OUT of DDJ1000 using a female xlr to male xlr to the MASTER IN **
Additional Outputs: OUTPUT 3/4** TRS and OUTPUT 5/6** RCA 1/4 inch and XLR connections Male

3.) 2020 WINDOWS 10 - Stream Labs (PC). **Currently connected via MASTER OUT TRS to 3.5mm audio in.
Additional Inputs Available: 3.5 mm, USB 3.0, Mic 3.5mm

4.) DDJ 1000 -Booth Out to Speakers and Master Out to Soundcard
Additional Connections Available: RCAS

SOFTWARE
Running Rekordbox ON MAC
Running Streamlabs on PC
I can't get the audio from the KOMPLETE 6 AUDIO CAR into streamlabs.



What is going on?
