Audio Input Capture has no options

Since updating to the latest version (28.0.3) OBS has no options for audio input. It can see the options when running desktop audio but when the dialog is opened for Audio Input it won't even show "default". No options, no inputs. Windows 11, Acer Nitro 5 laptop. Anyone know whats up?

It has always been like this. What options are you missing? You probably confuse this source with some other kind of source. It's just adding a Windows audio device to the current scene as OBS audio source, exactly like all the global audio sources in settings->audio globally do for every scene. Options that apply to the global sources also apply to this audio source.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem.



Ich kann meine Capture Card nicht als Audioquelle einstellen, so kann ich den Ingame Sound nicht mit in dem Stream aufnehmen.



Hat jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

Audio from capture cards is automatically captured within the "video capture device" source of the capture card and is automatically showing up in the audio mixer of OBS. As default, it's going out on the stream/recording only, so it appears to be silent. To hear it on the PC as well, enable monitoring of this source in the advanced audio properties.
