Okay before moving into a very simple scene colllection, i just created simple scene in a crowded colllection. if you rather see the the problem in an much simpler LOG file, skip this go for the one below post

This log belongs to the session where i used WDM for sound sources and there is small sync issue in all tracks but STILL the stream track which is 1 had a difference between other tracks.
WDM audiosources LOG file: WDM OBS LOG
WDM audio sources, twitch stream
here is the mp4 and mov files of that session.
WDM videos , onedrive

Here is MME which is known for latency but again track 1 is different
MME Sources, LOG file : OBS LOG MME
MME sources, twitch stream
here is the mp4 and mov files of that session.
MME videos, onedrive

You said, that you have mixed all sources into 5-th track and this track has sync issue too, but I can't hear mic in the 5-th track...

Is it hard to make 1 mic source (audio input) and 1 desktop audio source (audio output)? Disable audio monitoring and uninstall any virtual audio devices you are using. Then you just need to make recording + streaming.

The tracks config is like this:
  • 1st track = desktop+mic;
  • 2nd track = only desktop;
  • 3rd track = only mic;
  • 4th track = desktop+mix.
The steaming output settings tab = track #1 selected.
The recording output settings tab = tracks #1, #2, #3 and #4 is checked.

Say something into mic (or better - tap it once) and playback something on your PC (Windows sound, for example) by any available player.

The recording will have 4 tracks: #1 = mix of two sources (the streaming track); #4 = just mix of of two sources (not streamed); #2, #3 = just single source (not streamed).

The make new Scene Collection and new Profile in OBS Studio to perform the test.

"....4th track = desktop+mix." - i was actually using "track 5" for that but since track 4 is empty, OBS shifts 5 into track 4

I am sorry to say but i might have reported wrong things in the past posts of this thread, i always corrected them inside that post via edits but it is hard for anyone to follow the details in a 2 page long one week old thread.

2 posts above(#23] i said, "there is small sync issue in all tracks but STILL the stream track which is "track 1" has a difference between other tracks. " - So yes there is small sync issue in all tracks because i used "MME" for all tracks which adds around 70ms latency BUT;

still (this is the main subject and mystery of this thread )Track 1 still has sync problem which is much more pronounced than other tracks and it does not occur on the stream.

Just give it a try. Anyway, it's only example and this is excessive number of tracks for the production...
