Audio hum after recording

HI all,
I'm trying to recover an old audio tape through OBS but the resulting audio files has a 'hum' when playback.
I'm running a RCA stereo audio cable through a capture card (I usually convert videos)
I created a Audio Input Capture and I have attached the Audio settings.
Is there any other details needed to maybe be able to suggest what the problem might be?

If RCA connectors are not completely connected, there could be a ground hum. The outer ring is the ground. Cable could be damaged too.
