Audio hooking would be a great feature for OBS Studio. Hopefully, it would allow you to:
- Choose which application to record audio from, and separate them.
- Easier than using a virtual audio cable.
- To save space, it could be merged into one or two sources that contained microphone and/or desktop audio.
- Adjust audio levels independently.
- Some applications don't allow you to change the volume.
