So i am new to obs, trying to get obs audio synced with my tv that im actually playing the game on, but i cannot figure out how to sync it, im trying to stream with an elgato hd60 on ps4, the video and audio on my laptop are synces together but when i play the game on my tv i hear the audio behind the game am i doing something wrong or am i not suppose to use obs audio for the audio i hear when playing the game

Turn down the TV volume. Listen to game play coming from PC headphones. That audio should be coming from Elgato.

Thats what im doing but the elgatos audio is like a second behind

Try using USB headphones and attach it to the PS4 USB port. Then go to the PS4 and setup the headphones inside its audio settings.
