Question / Help Audio Help...I don't think this has ever happened to anyone before.

14:41:48.122: WASAPI: Device 'Speakers (USB PnP Sound Device)' initialized

Best to use wired speakers to avoid any A/D latency and buffering issues.

But I'd eliminate them entirely. If you are using headphones while gaming, your speakers shouldn't be on anyway to avoid adding echo to your recording and streams (i.e. speakers should be muted, not captured). Instead, monitor and capture what is going to your headphones. Set them as your default playback device.

I use a separate microphone that is connected to the back panel of my pc and I have a dongle that is connected via usb to my headphones

do you have any third party software for your motherboard audio installed?
If so remove it. If you indeed have an audio gate, you should do some research on how to use it. They all differ a bit. You could compress the signal to start very low, and raise the DB ratio, 2:1 good for vocals. Use your pfl switch, typically at lowest point on the channel next to or beneath fader, to hear just your mic so you can preview output.
