Question / Help Audio has too much bass/very muddy

Ever since I began using OBS a couple of years ago I've had this problem, but now that I've moved from making Youtube videos to streaming on Twitch I decided it's finally time to ask about this problem and see if anyone can help. The issue is that the audio from my computer sounds very muddy and has a lot of bass, making the audio quality terrible. My voice sounds completely fine, but the actual PC audio is very muddy and sounds bad.

Here is a link to a stream I did recently, in which you can hear how my voice sounds fine but the music in the background sounds extremely bass boosted for some reason: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/136262781

I looked up this problem on other threads and it seems it has to do with my sound card itself, not OBS. I checked my audio card settings and there are no enhancements selected, it is on its default settings. I just downloaded OBS Studio since I heard it has support for VSTs/audio plugins. (I'm posting this here since I had streamed this video with OBS Classic before switching to Studio, so the log file is associated with Classic.) I was wondering if there was any plugins, preferably free or low cost, that I could use to equalize ONLY the desktop audio to cut the low frequencies? I don't want it to equalize my voice as well so I'm wondering if it can be done separately from my mic audio. I also have FL Studio, so I'm also wondering if I can use any VSTs that came with FL Studio in OBS Studio as well. Any answers are greatly appreciated in advance.
