Question / Help Audio glitching out randomly

This is currently heppening right now on Twitch.tv/fordman3254 - the problem is shown there, but the jist of it is this: my audio keeps messing up when I am streaming with OBS, this does not happen on Nvidia ShasowPlay though. I get no system audio after this happens and have to sign out and sign back into my PC to get it to reset. Any way I can fix this?

There is also a warning that keep popping up, it says: Audio is processing too slow. Free up CPU, reduce the number of audio sources or avoid resampling.
