Question / Help Audio gets blown out

I have everything set up correctly like it should be. I go to stream and the audio will be just fine for a few seconds and then the threshold gets stuck all the way up. It sounds like someone is constantly blowing into the mic and the game audio is gone. Any way to fix this?
