Audio from video call sources is very low during recording

I'm having an issue during video calls (Zoom, Google Meet & BlueJeans): I can hear my guests very clearly and volume is fine during the calls. But when I record and check the video, my volume is fine but the guests' audio is always very low (and not same as I can hear in real-time). This problem suddenly started about a month or two ago, I think (possibly) after a Windows Update.

My OBS is updated to latest version, 26.0.2 (64 bit).
