Maybe I'm just dumb, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get my game sound and Discord voice channel to be streamed without my microphone picking up everything I. I've looked through several guides, but they're outdated, or they don't touch specifically onto this. In summary, I'm trying to:

1) Stream World of Warcraft with video and sound. (got this)

2) Have my guild Discord voice channel be heard on stream. (can't figure this out)

3) Not stream the sound of everything happening in my residence (people yelling, TV, etc); ideally my voice coming from push-to-talk when I speak to other members in the voice channel.

Hey there, okay so since 1 is already resolved lets go through 2 and 3.

For 2. Make sure your desktop audio device (in OBS) is set to default or whatever is actually picking up the sound, if this is done correctly anything and everything on the computer will be heard (music, voices, and games all fall in to one category here)

And 3. This is less of a OBS related issue and more of a mic configuration problem(not all mics or headsets are plug and play). Headsets or microphones that are re-configured to your liking, like adding a noise gate for example. OBS has noise gate/suppression and gain filters available to help in your STREAM's audio but the people in discord or wherever will still hear the background noise unless configured outside of OBS
