For some reason, audio coming from my capture card is crackly as unbelief, but over the audio monitor, is fine.
My settings are as follows:

For some reason, my microphone, intermission music, and everything else is fine. It's just the game audio that's screwed in the stream, but again, locally when I hear it, the crackling isn't there.
I am beyond infuriated/frustrated, because many of my streams were like this and nobody told me.
