I don't want to broadcast all the sound from the computer
(especially the sounds from windows / skype / facebook, i dont want the viewers hear those sounds)
I suggest to make a audio exclusion / inclusion function

i.e.
exclusion : broadcast all the sounds, provide a list and let user to add the softwares into the exclusion list
then the sounds of those softwares in the list will not be broadcasted
but the user can still hear the sound of the software

inclusion : the broadcast is muted at first, then provide a list and let user to add the software into the inclusion list
then only the sounds of those softwares in the list will be broadcasted

sorry for bad english

You can do a lot of that using Virtual Audio Cable by following this guide: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3202

But unfortunately, Windows doesn't not provide the level of granularity that you seem to be asking in this post. Hopefully VAC will work out for you sufficiently.

Have you tried VAC kernel streaming? If I recall correctly it works nicely with 10 times smaller buffers. Although, (can't really remember what it was exactly) there is some drawback for that.
