I am new to the world of video recording. I am trying to copy my VCR tapes to some kind of format to eventually write them to DVD. I believe I have everything I need in the way of hardware and drivers. Here is my problem. I am trying to use OBS Studio do the transfer as the App that came with my cables to do Tape to DVD does not work as I want. I am able to catch the video properly but my audio drops in and out. I have done some searching and the best I can tell is my USB capture device is locked at 16-bit 960000 Hz and he only options I see in OBS is settings of 44.1kHz or 48kHz. Is this the possible problem? Is so, is there a way around this? This is on a Win 10 machine
