Question / Help Audio Drifting

I've searched the internet to no avail but here is my problem.

I just upgraded from the HD60S to the 4k60 Pro MK2 and now I have a new problem with my dual PC setup. My video and audio start to desync after about an hour of streaming, this never happened before. I will see anywhere from 1 second of audio delay up to 3 seconds of audio delay, and it's driving me nuts. Deactivating the capture card and reactivating resets it but the audio drifts again after about an hour. My main monitor is cloned with the MK2 and I am using Voicemeeter Banana and VBAN to hook the two PCs together (except the gaming audio is sent directly to OBS via HDMI), I've changed everything to 48,000 sample rate, buffering enabled,/disabled,/auto-detect, applied the recommended 650 ms delay to the capture card, enable/disable timestamps and nothing works. Is there something else that I need to do to prevent this audio drift? Tried x264 and NVENC with the same issue. Going on 3 weeks and still haven't found a solution, even did fresh windows install just to be sure. Did I receive a bad capture card, any recommendations? The only difference from my past setup and the current one is the upgrade of the capture card.
