Audio distortion

I was wondering why the audio would be distorted like this and what it is called.

Very frustrating as I can't find the right help without knowing what it's called.

Are you sure there is no distortion? It might have been better to provide a longer video clip but when it comes to the voices, they sound like they are in a large empty room. NOT echo though.

Most probly it's an issue on your computer sound. Check the video on another device.
