Audio Distortion on OBS Output

I use Catalina and I'm getting audio distortion in the output of OBS. I've been trying to solve for a couple of weeks. This morning I fiddled with it and the distortion went away so I thought I fixed it, but the distortion returned at the beginning of a new recording...the beginning was clear then the distortion appeared. It seemed to appear after I turned on my Zoom Q4 camera. I turned the Q4 off again but it didn't clear the distortion. I tried rebooting but didn't clear it.

The log file says it's failing to load a bunch of stuff, including my Blackhole/Focusrite aggregate device. I'm out of ideas. Thanks.

I solved the distortion with a hardware patch on my Focusrite. I did a hard patch from output 5 and 6 to input 5 and 6 and then did the appropriate software routing in Logic.

I'm now getting a random static pop noise in my output. That is my new audio issue. Suggestions?
