Audio Desync when "Twitch VOD Track" is enabled and when quality is not on "source" on twitch player

I'm having this problem for a while and I finally know what is causing.

So, my stream can have an AUDIO DESYNC if both of these are happening:
1 - Twich VOD Track enabled (I use this to not send music to VOD)
2 - When NOT watching on source quality (720p60fps Source). If watching normal 720p60fps, 480p, 360p,160p the audio desync is going to happen.

If I disable "Twitch VOD Track" then the problem is solved 100% doesn't matter the quality option.
I have many friends with the same setup, and looks like they don't have the problem.

I tried to use Voicemetter, VB Audio Cable and just Windows 10 audio feature, and all of them have desync if the requeriments above met. Viewers can see the desync live or on VOD, both have the same problem.

My windows 10 is updated to the last version and I'm streaming with my NVidia RTX 2060 encoder (gonna try CPU later to see if it fixes).

Any ideia how to fix this problem?
