Audio desync over time using Elgato HD60 S

When I am capturing Nintendo Switch/ PS4 video and audio using my Elgato HD60 S card, the audio goes out of sync over time. I use audio monitoring through the latest version of OBS to listen to the sound on my PC. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work.
