Have a look at the output from the OBS Analyzer.

Address the issues you can see then post another log file when recording or streaming only 30-60 seconds are needed.

in addition to Analyzer output,
I see audio devices with differing sampling rates. that is typically not recommended, and can, in some (not all) circumstances, cause issues
