Question / Help Audio desync followed by choppiness

I just started streaming on Twitch about two weeks ago. I am using OBS Studio, an original NES, a GV-USB2 capture card, and a C310 Logitech webcam. I get everything to show up in OBS, have everything positioned, and it starts off great. After a while, however, I noticed the audio starts to desync from the game only, not my microphone. After a while of the audio getting more and more desynced, after I reset the game the audio from my mic and the game will get very choppy. One thing to note is that this happens even if I am not streaming.

Log from streaming earlier. The audio slowly starts to desync but doesn't quite get to the point of cutting out and getting choppy. Anybody have any ideas?

Any thoughts? Any tweaks I make don't seem to really have any effect.

Latest log. I was thinking it could also be the video lagging behind? Not sure if that would cause a problem or not. It seems the video falls behind of the audio so maybe it is a video issue.
