Question / Help Audio Delay

Hey guys! ive posted on reddit but nothing good has come from it as no one knows the issue.

I have an avermedia live gamer portable which i use to stream on my second pc (streaming rig) my gaming pc sends audio using voicemeter banana to my usb headset and avermedia card right?

Well OBS hasnt been fun atm as on stream many fans let me know i have audio issues, where shooting a bullet, then 3 seconds the sound goes off.

Im not sure if this is obs or the capture card, either way ive spent so much time on this that streaming seems to much of a hassle

It's the capture card.
It's simply impossible for a capture card to send a real-time signal to your computer.
Yours does seem to be weird though, because usually the capture card will still send the video and audio at the same time.

Try adding a 3 second delay to your audio.
And if you use a microphone and webcam, set a delay on them as well.

Hey! Unfortunately it's OBS, I changed to Xsplit and everything is perfect ,no delay or nothing. Thank you though for your support x
