audio delay ONLY when live streaming, local recording is in sync.

I have been having an odd issue, my audio is delayed maybe 1/2 of a second when I am streaming to Twitch, but when I record locally it is synced up perfectly. Anyone have any idea what this might be? My settings seem fine, I have 0 dropped frames and 0 encoding issues when live. Doesn't really make sense to me and it's quite frustrating.

Could it be a Twitch thing? I use low-latency mode but I doubt that would affect anything.

I have a similar problem with my audio. Audio input is only delayed when the live broadcast begins. The device is a console capturer and I have monitoring turned on. Have you found the solution?
