Audio Cutting Out While Streaming

Hello! I am running into an issue where my audio is cutting out while streaming in OBS. My facecam is also lagging unless I click onto obs (which is on a separate display from the one I am gaming on (does that matter?). Any ideas?

I use an Elgato Facecam, stream deck and key lights.

Sounds like something is getting overloaded. What are your specs?

Hello! My specs are as follows:
3090 Strix
i9-12900K
32GB RAM

I'm also hard wired in to fiber optic internet. 950 up & down.

The audio issues fixed itself, but now when trying to stream (in bandwidth test mode) the stream lags along with my facecam lagging as well.
