Audio Cutting out/gradually going out of sync

I have an El Gato HD60S and a MacBook Pro. (Not ideal I know) While capturing my Switch, the audio will cut out at seemingly random. While capturing other consoles, the game audio will gradually get out of sync the longer I stream. Log attached
