Audio cutting out causing delay after stream starts

For the past few months I have been having ongoing audio issues. Stream starts off fine, about 6-15 minutes in the audio will cut out for about 30 seconds and then comes back delayed and no longer synced with the video. I wanted to start doing audio production on stream using Ableton Live and was looking for a software that could have my audio from Ableton feed into OBS. I upgraded from my Scarlett Focusrite Solo 2nd generation, to a 2i2 3rd generation and then 4i4 3rd generation audio interfaces, with and without my Yamaha AG-06. I adjusted performance settings on the computer, switch the USB cables to different ports on the computer, tried a powered USB hub, and made sure my bit and sample rates all matched an all devices. I reinstalled OBS, my interface drivers, Ableton, and even reinstalled Windows to start from scratch and rebuild my OBS setup. The audio would still cut out after a few minutes of the stream starting. Today, I tried to stream without an interface plugged and used the audio from my Logitech BRIO webcam and had no audio issues for the entire duration of the stream. I'm also having a visual glitch on the webcam, even after switching the cables and trying different video settings. I tried a second stream with my Focusrite 4i4 interface with my AT2020 condenser microphone (one that I used before with no problems) and about 7 minutes in the audio cut out again. I've included the logs to both streams below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

I am having this same issue except I have a Scarlett 2i.4 1st Gen. Anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours into a stream this exact thing will happen. Just stopping the stream and restarting doesn't fix it. I have to just leave my PC alone for a while and at some point it fixes itself. I've done all the things. Yes, all the things. I can't find a solution. It only started occurring a few months ago.

Same issue occurring here. Scarlett 18i20. Re-enabling the inputs in OBS temporarily fixes the issue but the audio will just cut out and introduce the same latency again later on in stream and/or recording. While doing some research I saw one person who had a similar issue with monitor latency and they just had a workaround solution, using VoiceMeeter to offload that workload and output it to OBS. I'm trying to avoid this workaround as it is what should be a completely unnecessary additional step but it seems to be a solution for some.

*UPDATE*

It seems like it's more of an issue with the Scarlett and Windows, not OBS.
What I believe fixed it for me
-Disabling USB selective suspend in power settings.
-Deselecting "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power" in device manager for USBs
-Unchecking the Exclusive Mode boxes on all Scarlett playback and recording devices in the windows sound properties.

I also disabled Realtek Audio since my setup does not utilize it though that shouldn't have changed anything.

EDIT: Make sure your Scarlett drivers are also up to date as this will also cause issues!
