Question / Help Audio cuts when operating on OBS Studio 2nd Screen

Hello hoping someone can help me with a simple problem. In Streaming Fortnite or sometimes other games when i toggle over to OBS Studio which is on my 2nd monitor AUDIO from the main screen/my game goes out. so the music or sound cuts out until i bring the cursor back to the main screen. Is there anyway to over come this?
 
I´ve made hotkeys in the settings and then it works.
I just wanted to change the scenes (facecam on and off) and had the sound problem everytime I clicked in the program. With the hotkeys there´s no problem.

In another game I had no problem. Maybe you can test it, too.
