Audio crackle while streaming music on YouTube Live

Experiencing an audio issue while streaming live music on YouTube. We have done it three times, with the same issue occurring each time. We are using Logic Pro (with Soundflower) and OBS to stream, with 2-6 microphones plugged into a Focusrite interface. All programs sample rates are set to 44.1 kHz. Everything sounds great, until 12-25 minutes into the stream, when a crackling sound arises, usually getting quite loud. It seems to subside or go away completely after several minutes, but we would obviously prefer it never show up! We have recorded the audio in Logic while streaming and the crackle is present in the Logic recording (we have also run the stream without recording in Logic, and the crackle appears in the YouTube stream). I presume the crackle is a result of the computer just being overloaded with so many programs running at once, but I'm not sure. If this is the case, wondering if running the stream from 2 computers would help (OBS/YouTube on laptop, Logic Pro on studio desktop). Attached is the log for the performance linked here (crackle started around 24:30 mark) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qI70aqMe8Hc&t=902s&ab_channel=TheGglitchFamilyBand
