Audio choppy when recording

Hello,

I switched from Windows to Ubuntu on my laptop (i7 13700H, 16gb ddr5, intel iGPU) and wanted to record PS4 gameplay through a capture card. While the video looks the same as when I used Windows, the audio has become (very) laggy.
Changing bitrate and cpu usage won't solve the issue.
Any tips ?
