Audio chop and extreme lag

I am streaming wirelessly a GoPro Hero8 to ActionCam2PC via RTMP. Then grabbing that audio and video in OBS.

OBS audio monitor has no chop or delay in OBS preview. OBS on the local PC seems to be working perfectly. Including recording.

Live streaming to YouTube there is TERRIBLE audio chop. Then sometimes the audio will lag 8 to 10 seconds behind what the video is on the live YouTube stream.

Correction... the audio is lagging on the recording. but no chop. The chop is still present in the YT livestream.

switched from ActionCam2PC to monaserver and VLC and no lag, no chop. Logging this here to help other people:)
