Wondering and couldn't figure out how to capture audio coming from a certain window, like Spotify for an example. Instead it just captures any audio it hears from my output.

OBS captures audio from audio sources, not from applications.

To capture per-application audio you need 3rd party software like Voicemeeter Potato, or to use the per-application sound outputs feature in Windows to isolate audio.
