Question / Help Audio capture quality in lower pitch/frequency

I recently got a new Star-Tech SC-512 (PEXHDCAP60L) internal capture card and got it setup for streaming in OBS Studio with the latest drivers. I generally stream on retro consoles -- mainly PS2 right now -- and I noticed that all my recent streams' audio frequency is much lower than the actual game's audio. I have tinkered with a ton of video capture settings both in OBS and the capture card and nothing seems to rectify this issue. Would really appreciate your help in getting my audio to sound normal.
