Audio capture isn't working when disable windows audio ducking is on

obs is not capturing game sound when disable windows audio ducking is on and even if i turn it off still it is not capturing sound, however if i change monitoring device from Default to something else like Nvidia Broadcast then it captures the sound but it's not the case with headphone speaker. when i change monitoring device to headphone then it is not capturing sound.

tried fixes but problem not solved:
completely reinstalled obs
reinstalled all audio drivers
tried in safe mode
tried older version of obs
