Question / Help Audio capture from specific sources?

When I'm streaming or recording, OBS captures every sound my computer makes. If I try to mute desktop audio, everything gets muted including my games. Is there a way to tell OBS to only capture sounds from certain programs, like capture game audio and music player audio, but not anything else?

try looking into Virtual Audio Cable or something similar, by default obs cannot capture specific audio sources so you'll have to use something else to route the sound (like stereo mix on some sound cards).
