Bug Report Audio Breaking up/cutting out.

I've been having this problem for days now, While OBS is open all of my audio breaks/cuts out for a few seconds at a time before coming back after several minutes, then comes back. Regardless if I'm just working on scenes or actually streaming. I've checked all of my drivers, updated all my codecs and even reinstalled OBS several times, and nothing seems to fix this.
