I have been using OBS for almost two years to record ZOOM sessions for work. It's been working great. However, I just used it and started having audio problems. I was getting a warning:
LOW SYSTEM RESOURCES MAY AFFECT YOUR AUDIO QUALITY. TRY CLOSING SOME APPLICATIONS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE.
Prior to this incident, I had no problems. I could have OBS open, ZOOM open, CHROME open and more. When I got this warning, I closed everything that I could - except for OBS and ZOOM. Unfortunately, I continued to have audio problems where the audio would break up.
While I was getting intermittently bad audio on OBS, I was simultaneously checking the ZOOM feed. And that live audio was perfect.
There was an upgrade to OBS recently. So I'm wondering if that is the problem.
I am running WINDOWS 10 with 8Gb of RAM.
Any thoughts as to why this is suddenly happening?
