Audio being distorted part way through my recording

I was recording my game and part way through it just gets distorted randomly. Any help?

what I dont understand is why not help people? its common sense for a business to help their users if you dont answer im quiting obs and using something better

This happens to me when I fiddle with the inputs during recording.

I didn't fiddle with anything at all.

Changing it from stereo to mono seems to have worked for now, see how long that'll last

Aaaaand it stopped working again. Can't say I'm surprised really.

I have this exact problem and it only happens after a certain amount of time for my computer being on and if my mic is plugged into my computer

if I unplug my mic from my computer, the echoing stops

the only way I've been able to fix this is by monitoring my desktop audio and outputing it to my monitor, turning off my monitor volume, and recording my monitor audio

or just unplugging my mic from my computer
