Hello

we use the USB output of the audio console Behringer X32
http://www.music-group.com/Categories/Behringer/Mixers/Digital-Mixers/X32/p/P0ASF

the audio comes to the PC because we can see the input meter moving

BUT in OBS, there is no audio incoming. The audio was working fine a few weeks ago but stopped working all at once. The analog input works fine (that's the input we use now but it is lower quality)

We updated windows as well as the X32 drivers but no help

I tried everything in OBS from switching to "default input" to "X32 USB" and back (fixed the audio before)

please help

here are the logs

Jeff

Someone please help.

I'm having the same issue, using Motu Ultralite Mk3 interface.

I'm aware OBS only sees audio channels 1 & 2 of incoming audio, this doesn't seem to be the issue here as i have my inputs wired into 1 & 2 on my interface.

My suggestion is to disable all the audio settings (desktop, mic/aux) in the Audio category.

Then for each audio input and audio output device, add an OBS audio input source and audio output source.

I have attempted this and still does not work. I also use a USB headset and it seems to be affecting all USB headsets. I had a problem with discord as well that i fixed by moving my mouse into the 3.0 usb that my headset is in and placing it into the 2.0 usb to reset my 3.0 port. It fixed it once, but have not been able to repeat the same.

Here in this file i believe it keeps initializing and terminating constantly while in 3.0 port but when its in 2.0 port it stabilizes. It's weird, while i've never had problems in the 3.0 port it does make sound a lot more crisp, but i might just have to resort to the 2.0 port till this is fixed.

Eeb i just fixed mine. Try plugging your mouse or other usb device into the usb your headset uses and plug your headset usb where your mouse usb used to be. Test it out using some sort of sound to see if the bar in OBS is moving. Leave it there for a few minutes. Go into Audio settings and disable everything. Pause your music or sound test. Now switch your usb headset into the original position, don't play any sound. Go into settings and set your desktop audio to your headset and your mic/aux to your headset as well. Might fix it like it did for me
