Question / Help Audio and Visual delays

When using a capture card, El Gato HD, the visuals and audio are both delays and not even delayed at the same time. The audio is delayed probably 1/3 of a second behind the visuals which are probably 1 second behind the inputs. I'm not quite sure how to fix this, but my microphone I synced up by adding a manual delay to it. Trying to stream Nintendo Switch games, but I'm not quite sure how to fix this issue. I've tried multiple streaming programs and editing my settings to no avail
