Bug Report Audio and Video Not In Sync

I analyzed it. I have been streaming no problem for like 6 months not a single problem. I hop on the other day and my audio/video is like 3 second delay (This included mic delay). I tried to do the Advance settings and Mic Time Offset and those did nothing for it. Can anyone help me?

Set all audio time offsets (both in advanced and in audio settings) to 0, then could you make a video and show me the issue somehow?
 
Mine is doing the same thing. I just recorded a video for YouTube. I have an Elgato so I have to make sure everything is in sync with Elgato's video delay. It was. I tested right before I started to make sure everything was in sync. I went back to watch my video before editing. After 8 minutes, it starts desyncing badly and my entire video is a waste now.
 
If you're using the elgato it's a different issue, you need to make sure "use buffering" is enabled in the properties of the source.
 
@AnEternalEnigma you should probably start a new thread since your problem is probably elgato related, add a video example and the corresponding log file please.

@xXWetTacoXx since you do not use a capture device, please provide us a with an example video (as jim already asked you).
