Question / Help audio and mic

I have astro a40's and I put the stuff in for audio and mic audio but when I test it and watch the video theres no audio of any sort can I have help to get audio in my videos with using my astro a40's?

If you're watching the test video with Windows Media Player or whatever the Win10 built-in media player is, don't. Their codec support SUCKS.

Download VLC and try playing the videos in that.
