I'm trying to stream Counter Strike: Global Offensive but when I record I get a lot of frame stutter and audio stutter. My CPU usage goes up to max 70% and GPU usage doesn't reach it's maximum either. When I disable OBS preview it's much better but as soon as I open my own stream on my 2nd monitor it happens again (with CPU usage max 70%).
I don't think my PC is reaching its limits as I could stream just fine a few months ago. Both my monitors are attached to my GPU now though and before it was one in mobo and one in GPU.
PC specs:
i5 4670k @ 4.00Ghz
GTX 770 OC
I tried both NVENC and x264 but it happens on both. Sometimes it's fine for a few minutes and suddenly starts happening again.
