Question / Help Audio and CSS video cuts out, everything else works fine...

Since YouTube's streaming services started up today, I wanted to get in on all the action. I've streamed before, and have had similar issues, but they were eventually fixed.

What happened:

I load up OBS, and start streaming. Everything would run smooth for about 5-10 minutes, I drop in FPS and my audio cuts in and out in intervals of 1-3 seconds. I have the stream itself up on another monitor, and I can see the video the stream is on displaying one frame every time the audio comes in. The audio itself only makes noise for a split second before everyone goes dead quiet again.

There aren't any crashes or anything to go along with this bug. Before, in 2013, (I've upgraded since then) I think it was an issue with USB device taking up too much bandwidth or something along those lines, but once I moved the USB device (in this case a keyboard) the issue subsided. I tried this trick again to no avail.

PC SPECS:

CPU: AMD FX-8350
VGA: nVida GTX-680
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-=78LMT-USB3 ( https://gyazo.com/a6b4dfbcf3324ef594ed3dfe44d4346d )
RAM 12gb (? brand)

I can't even display a log because "OBS is having trouble processing it". If anyone has had this issue before, and solved it, please share with me your ways :D
