Question / Help Audio 10 second delay on stream at twitch.

Hi Folks.
I know that there are many forms of posts with Audio Delay but most of them are saying about using a camera.

I am Streaming to twitch using the OBS latest build 0.467 Alpha Test 11.
I have tried all previous builds and still having the same problem. From when I say something into the stream to when it hits the output is around 7 to 10 seconds sometimes more.
EG: saying Hello to someone that enters to when they hear it would be around 7 to 10 seconds sometimes more.

I am using windows 8, Turtlebeach Z6 earforce headset and mic that is connected to my creative labs soundblaster xtream audio sound card.
Any help is truly appreciated.

are picture and sound out of sync? If not then youre fine. A delay between 10 and 20 seconds for both picture and sound when you playback on twitch is normal and something you just have to get used to.
