Bug Report Attempting to stream to twitch.tv

I'm trying to move from xsplit to OBS and I'm doing pretty similar settings as I had in xsplit. However, I am unable to stream. It will "start" then a popup window comes up saying, "Reconnecting....##".

Edit: Preview stream works perfectly fine, but it won't let me stream to twitch.tv

Make sure any firewall/antivirus isn't interfering with OBS.

Even after giving it trusted permissions it didn't work. I also tried disabling the firewall and I still can't connect.

Edit: ok tested again and disabling firewall worked I had to add a network exclusion rule for OBS it works now.
