Hi,
I am using atkAudio 0.36.1 Build 20261102-235032 UTC, OBS 33.0.1 and Advanced Scene Switcher 1.37.2.
Summary
Advanced Scene Switcher doesn't use the same targetUuid for a hotkey when switching scene collections and back again thus losing the mapping in atkAudio Midi control.
Details
I have a media player called "Media 1"
I have a macro in ASS called "ToggleMedia1Mute " that has "Register Hotkeys to control the pause state of the Selected Macro" turned on which among others, registers a hotkey "Unpause macro ToggleMedia1Mute".
I then have a MIDI control mapped to that hotkey "Unpause macro ToggleMedia1Mute".
When I change to another Scene collection and back the macro is being de-registered and re-registered thus losing the connection to the Hotkey in your Midi mappings.
I then try to load the mappings but they are still marked as Unavailable and I have to manually reset mappings.
I then saved the mappings again and the targetUuid is changing
"targetUuid": "obs_hotkey:frontend:macro_unpause_hotkey_8",
"targetUuid": "obs_hotkey:frontend:macro_unpause_hotkey_14",
I'm not sure if ASS should be trying to keep the same UID (or if this is even possible) or if you could try to match on targetName if matching on targetUuid fails.
Again thanks for this plugin, it's breadth of capabilities is incredible and was sorely needed.
regards,
David
